580例儿童肺炎支原体早期感染咽拭子培养结果分析

Analysis of culturing results of early infection of throat in 580 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的探讨肺炎支原体（MP）快速鉴定培养基在儿童MP早期感染的临床价值。方法采用MP快速鉴定培养基对580例急性呼吸道感染患儿的咽拭子标本进行MP培养。结果 580例急性呼吸道感染患儿的咽拭子标本MP培养阳性199例,总阳性率34.3%;男、女比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。在各年龄组中,2-4岁组、5-8岁组与小于2岁组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,9-14组与其他3组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;每年1季度阳性率（39.2%）最高,2季度阳性率（23.1%）最低,2季度与其他组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 MP快速鉴定培养基检测MP结果准确、简便、快速,可作为一般实验室诊断MP感染的首选试验。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of mycoplasma pneumoniae（MP） for rapid identification of children with early infection.Methods To culture MP throat swab specimens in 580 cases of children acute respiratory infections using MP culture medium.Results There were 199 positive cases out of 580 children with acute respiratory infection,with a positive rate of 34.3%.The difference between boys and girls was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Among all age groups,there were significant differences among 2-4 age group,5-8 age group and 2 years（P〈0.01）.9-14 age group was significantly different with the other three groups（P〈0.05）.Positive rate in spring has the highest value（39.2%）,while positive rate in summer has the lowest value（23.1%）.Summer group was significantly different from other groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion MP rapid identification medium detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae is an accurate,simple and fast method,and it is suggested to be the first choice for diagnosis of MP infection in general laboratory.
