摘要
目的探讨新鲜冰冻血浆在石河子市人民医院临床不合理应用的趋向。方法将2009年1-12月输注新鲜冰冻血浆的患者作使用合理与否分析。结果使用新鲜冰冻血浆合理者占17%,不合理者占83%。结论石河子市人民医院新鲜冰冻血浆不合理应用的状况比我国内地同级医院要高出7%。
Objective To explore the trend of improper application of fresh frozen plasma.Methods We analyzed the properness of the usage of fresh frozen plasma between January and December in 2009.Results 17% of the usage of fresh frozen plasma was proper,while 83% of the usage of fresh frozen plasma was improper.Conclusion The rate of improper usage of fresh frozen plasma in People′s Hospital of Shihezi in Xinjiang is higher than other similar hospitals in China by 7%.
