摘要 学前教育专业人才培养模式反映了专业建设的定位,同时又圈定了本专业学生的学习范畴。目前高师学前教育专业培养目标定位为应用型幼儿教师是教育改革和发展的必然要求。通过改革教育教学工作,不断更新课程设置,积极与人才需求方合作等方面的努力和调整,制定合理、规范的人才培养模式,进而培养出优秀的幼儿教师。 The model for cultivating pre-school education professional talents reflects the positioning of professional construction, and confines the learning category of the pre-school education majorg. The current normal college pre-gehool education professional objective oriented for cultivating applied preschool teachers is the inevitable requirement of education reform and development. To cultivate outstanding preschool teachers, we can reform the education and teaching, constantly renew the curriculum, actively cooperate with the partners in demand of such talents and then form a reasonable and standardized talent cultivation model.
