我国城乡义务教育经费投入差异问题研究述评

A Review of the Differences of the Compulsory Education Funds in Urban and Rural Areas

近些年来,我国义务教育发展取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但在其发展过程中也面临非均衡化的问题,尤其是城乡义务教育经费差异成为制约义务教育均衡发展的障碍。关于城乡义务教育经费的研究自然也成为学者研究的焦点。从我国城乡义务教育经费投入差异问题的现状、产生的原因及对策3方面对已有的研究进行简要述评,并提出当前研究的优点和不足。

In recent years, the compulsory education in our country has made remarkable achievements, but there still exist some unbalanced problems; especially the differences of the compulsory education funds have become the barrier that constrains the balanced development of compulsory education. Therefore, it is natural that the study on the differences of the compulsory education funds becomes the focus of scholars＇ study. This article makes a brief review of the present problems, the reasons for them and the solutions to them and ooints out the merits and demerits of current study.
