圆网印花机错花监测系统控制器的设计

摘要 针对目前圆网印花控制系统中不能对错花进行实时检测和调整的问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉技术的错花监测系统,该系统包括视觉系统、主控制器和触摸屏三部分组成。论文详细介绍了系统主控制器的设计,主控制器以STC89C52RC单片机为控制核心,主要由视觉触发电路及串口通信电路组成。该控制器根据图像采集系统实时获取的对花误差,通过一定的分析计算向印花机控制系统发出对各印花网筒的控制调整信号,实现了对印花精度的实时监控。该控制器设计简单可靠,成本低,通用性强。 A new monitoring system for rotary screen printing based on control system is introduced to solve the problem of not really inspecting the off pattern and adjusting in the process of printing.The scheme consists of three parts:the vision controller,the main controller and the touch screen.The paper detailed discusses the design of the main controller.The hardware is based on STC89C52RC single chip and mainly includes the trigger control circuit for the vision unit and the serial communication circuit.This controller,according to off pattern error obtained from graphic acquisition system,by relevant calculating,sends control signal to each printing nets tube of rotary screen printing system to achieve real time monitoring to printing precision.The main controller has many advantages such as simple structure,stable performance,low cost and good compatibility.
