机械零件加工路线的影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Mechanical parts Process Routes

针对机械零件的特点,分析了机械零件不同特征的加工方法,实现了零件特征要素加工方法,研究了零件一次装夹的优化、决策和工步排序,最终得到了机械零件在加工中心上的最优工艺路线。

For the precision forming process of the characteristics of Logarithmic spiral bevel gear,different characteristics of the mechanical parts processing methods were studied.The part characteristics of processing methods were achieved,and it researched on a fixture part of the optimization,decision-making and working step sorted.Finally it got the optimal process routes in the processing center on the mechanical parts.
