摘要
梯形螺纹的加工是数控车削一个难点,特别是在高速切削时难度更大,对于加工时的观察和控制,安全可靠性等工艺问题要求较高,另外对于梯形螺纹的数控加工程序编制也是较为复杂。文章结合普通车床车削梯形螺纹时应用的各种工艺技巧,采用左右进刀法合理的递减切削深度,并采用宏程序编制出数控加工程序。
The trapezoidal thread is a difficult point of the numerical control turning processing,especially in the high speed cutting.When it is observed and controled,the demand in safety reliability process problems is higher.In addition,the trapezoidal thread CNC programming also is quite complex.This thesis combines with various craft skills when the engine lathe cutting trapezoidal thread.Using the method of cut right and left to diminish cutting depth reasonably,and using macro program compiled for CNC programs.
