摘要
通过ANSYS大型有限元软件对含不同尺寸沟槽型缺陷的注蒸汽管道进行应力场模拟计算。分析中选用实体单元建立含体积型缺陷管道的3D模型,考虑了几何非线性和材料非线性以及缺陷位置、尺寸和形状对应力场的影响规律,并通过塑性失效准则计算了含不同缺陷注蒸汽管道的极限载荷。
By ANSYS finite element software,stress field simulation calculation is made of steam injection pipe with groove-type defects of different sizes.Solid elements are used to establish 3D model of the pipe with volume-based defects,geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity and the corresponding field of stress field effect law of defect location,size and shape are considered,and the limit load of steam injection pipe with different defects is calculated through the plastic failure criterion.
