人的安全需要的三个层次

Three Levels of Human Safety Need

文章对人的安全需要进行经验描述和理论建构,认为人的安全需要可以分为确定感、安全感和控制感三个层面。在不安全状态下,人的安全需要是对不确定因素的寻求,表现为不确定感和确定感。在安全状态下,人的安全需要是对确定因素的寻求,表现出确定感和控制感。并指出人的安全需要的满足需在三个层面上依次得到满足,才能使个体获得身心健康。

In this paper,the author tries to describe human safety need through the experience and construct it in theory,and divide it to three levels： certainty,security and control.In the state of unsafety,human seek uncertainty factor,and the form of human safety need are certainty and uncertainty,while in the state of safety,human seek security and control,then the form of human safety need are certainty and control.At the end,the author argues how to actualize human safety need,that is,when the three levels actualize in turn,the individual can obtain physical and mental health.
