摘要
对于我国而言,建设研究生教育强国是我国建设人力资源强国、实现建设创新型国家目标的关键。而优质资源共享是促进研究生教育强国目标实现的有力保障。我国研究生优质资源共享现状仍处于一个相对较低的水平,主要分为开放、合作、共建三种类型和人力资源共享、物质资源共享、综合资源共享、无形资源共享四种运作模式。对于我国而言,我国在建设研究生教育强国的背景下,要较好地实现研究生教育优质资源共享,应注重确立起相应的资源共享理念,建立和完善相关的引导政策,探索具有实质意义的多样化合作方式,同时,应开展资源共享品牌的建设,以扩大优质资源共享的效益和影响。
Building a nation with quality postgraduate education is the key and strategic move to construct an innovative country with abundant human resources. And sharing quality educational resources is the guarantee of realization of this goal. The sharing of quality postgraduate educational resources in China takes the form of opening-up, cooperation and co-construction and falls into four modes: human resources sharing, tangible resources sharing, comprehensive resources sharing and intangible resources sharing. But it is still at a low level. Therefore, the idea of resources sharing should be formed, related policies should be made and improved, practical multi-form cooperation should be explored, and resources-sharing brands should be created to spread the benefit and the influence of the sharing.
