摘要 重视高校教研课题申报质量工作,对于提高教育教学质量具有重要的现实意义。青年教师在申报课题时还存在着不能恰到好处地确定课题名称,确立研究内容时缺乏科学思考,构建研究队伍时明显急功近利,论证材料表述也是应付了事走过场,学术品质不足、投机心理比较明显等问题。在分析高校青年教师申报教研课题误区基础上提出应对策略,既有利于青年教师专业化成长,又可以促进高校科学管理与质量建设。 Importance should be attached to college teachers' application for teaching-research projects because it is of significance to the improvement of teaching quality. However, there exist several mistaken ideas in young teachers' application. They usually fail to choose proper names for their research projects, are lacking in scientific thinking in determining their research content, shows eagerness for instant success in selecting members of their research teams, are perfunctory in presenting their supporting materials, and have the problem of inadequate scholarship and an apparent opportunistic mind. Based on an analysis of these mistaken ideas, this paper suggests some measures to get rid of them, which are not only beneficial for the professional growth of young teachers, but also can improve the scientific management and the quality construction of colleges and universities.
