含谐波及不平衡的电压和电流条件下电度表的精度

摘要 阐述了在精确重现实际不平衡谐波电压和电流条件下电度表准确度研究项目第一阶段的结果。这里的实际条件不但指电压、电流的大小不同,也包括每相电压、电流的总谐波畸变率不同。试验挑选了9 块三相电度表和3 块单相电度表作为样本。其结果表明:在一系列特殊的不平衡波形( 谐波条件为 I T H D> 80 % , V T H D> 20 % ) 下,这些表的误差可达- 10 .09 % 至0 .52 % 。 This work presents the results on the accuray of watthour meters when subject to closely-duplicated real-world unbalanced harmonic voltage and current conditions. Such real-world conditions involved differences in voltage and current magnitudes as well as difference in the voltage and current total harmonic distortion levels of each phase and three single-phase watthour meters. Some results showed that under a particular set of unbalaned waveforms with harmonic conditions of I THD >80% and V THD >2%,the percentage errors exhibited by these meters ranged from-10.09% to +0.52%.
