摘要
桥头发电厂四期输煤系统建筑4 个圆筒仓(15m ×高24m ,存煤量4000t/个) 。1984 年投产以来,主要存在仓内部结篷煤、粘煤严重,筒仓运行达不到设计出力,影响到系统的储煤和配煤工作的正常化,对发电厂锅炉的经济运行造成了不良影响。筒仓粘、篷煤的主要原因是:落煤斗内壁面倾斜度不够;壁面结构及材料不佳;煤种水份含量大。对此,我厂经多方调研,选用新型材料高分子聚乙烯板材( 简称聚高板) ,对筒仓内部结构进行土建改造后加衬聚高板。改造后,筒仓运行达到设计出力,保证了圆筒仓的储煤及配煤工作的顺利实施。
The 4 th coal conveyer system of Qiaotou Power Plant has 4 cylindrical coal bunker .Since put into operation, it encountered some problems, such as the adhesion of the coal, and the operation of coal bunker could not reach the designed power, and this influenced the regulation of storage and distribution of the coal. The reason of this problem is that the tilt and material of the coal bucket's inner surface is not standard, according to this problem, the system changes its inner surface structure into highmolecule polythene plates. After using this material, the opereration of coal bunker reaches the designed power.
