Analysis and Treatment of Exciter Regulator Abnormality in Qiaotou Secondary Thermal Power Plant

桥电二厂１２５ＭＷ 机组投运初期使用ＫＫＬ－ ３Ａ 型励磁调节器，由于软硬件装置存在很多问题，运行参数经常变化，运行极不稳定，多次发生有关调节器异常情况。针对以上问题，作者较为详细的论述了异常现象发生的过程、原因及分析处理办法，并将原有调节器更换为ＷＫＫＬ－ ２ 型微机励磁调节器。

At the beginning of the KKL-3A exciter regulator places in service,owing to thepresent problems of this device,the Operational parameters always change,and theoperation is very unsteady.According to these problems,the writer expounds thereason,process,analysis and treatment of this abnormality phenomenon in detail,after changing the regulator into WKKL-2 microprocessor one,this problems is basically settled.
