摘要
目的:探讨磁共振(MRI)内耳水成像技术在临床耳聋患者诊断中的应用价值。方法:60例耳聋患者,采用西门子NOVUS1.5T超导型核磁共振快速自旋回波序列行MR内耳水成像扫描。结果:所有受检者均顺利完成检查,经过多组3D重建技术应用,图像结果可完全达到诊断目的,其中显示内耳畸形8例,结构正常52例。结论:内耳水成像技术能清楚显示内耳膜迷路以及内听道精细解剖结构,可以显示其发育状况及通畅程度,能够为重度耳聋患者的诊断和术前评估提供重要的影像学参数。
Objective: To investigate the MRI technique of the inner ear fluid imaging and its current value of application in deaf patients. Methods: In sixty deaf patients images of the inner ear fluid were created through fast spin echo using Siemens NOVUS1.5T MRI. Result: Examinations had been completed successfully for all the patients. Through the application of multiple sets of 3D restructure technique, the objectives of the diagnosis could be completely accomplished by the imaging results, with the finding of inner ear malformations in 8 patients, and normal in 52 cases. Conclusion: The MRI technique of the inner ear fluid can clearly show the fine anatomical structure of the inner ear membranous labyrinth and inner auditory canal as well as the developmental status and the extent of fluency, and it can provide important imaging parameters for the diagnosis and preoperative assessment of patients with severe deafness.
