摘要 针对四五家子油田W20区块存在地层温度低(平均28.7℃),原油含蜡量高(30%~40%),地层能量低(地压系数0.85~0.95)的难点,通过理论研究和室内实验,研究出一套适合于W20区块的自生热增压类泡沫压裂液,并在W20-5井进行现场应用,成功完成该井设计为18m3的加砂规模,施工中液体性能良好,压后测试产油由压前的0.24t增加到2.0t,与同区块常规压裂液对比,取得了较好的增产效果,说明自生热增压类泡沫压裂液在该油田具有较强的适应性。 In Siwujiazi oilfield, W20 block is characterized by low formation temperature(28.7℃ on average), high wax content in crude oil(30 % ~ 40 %), and low formation energy(formation pressure coefficient ranging 0.85 to 0.95). In this study, by both theoretical analysis and experiment, an autogenic heat and loading foam fracturing fluid, suit for W20 block, is developed. Moreover, it has been applied to W20-5 well, with a design scale of 18m3. Result shows that it is more efficient; oil production increases from 0.24 t before fracturing to 2.0 t after fracturing. Compared conventional fracturing fluid used in the same block, a better stimulation effect may obtain after using this foam fracturing fluid.
