油气田大修理项目费用控制探索——以某35kV变电站大修工程为例

摘要 针对如何合理确定并有效控制油气田大修理项目费用的问题,以某35kV变电站电源进线大修工程为例,介绍了事前成立项目管理机构及确保设计概算准确、事中加强施工方案动态管理及重视工程量现场签证管理、事后加强工程余料管理以及采购环节加强物资采购管理以控制设备及材料采购费用的全过程费用控制方法,最终使此项目节约投资47.72万元,节约率为9.4%。 As for the problem of how to make rational determination and effective control on overhaul project costs in oil and gas fields, an overhaul project on power input wires in a 35kV transformer station has been taken as an example to discuss. In this case, the whole-process cost control method including establishing a project management agency which can ensure the accuracy of preliminary estimate before the event, strengthening construction plan dynamic management and on-site quantity visa management during the event and enhancing remants management and material purchasing management to control the purchase costs of equipments and materials after the event is introduced. Under these cost control measures, total investment of project has been cut by 9.4 %, or RMB 477,200.
