构建高校形势与政策教育机制平台体系,不仅是对以往研究工作的一种综合,同时也是为形势与政策教育能更好地服务社会,体现时代要求而寻找一个新的研究思路。阐释了高校形势与政策教育的有效机制的内涵,分析了其工作基础和建立原则,强调发挥其整合机制、协调机制、控制机制、动态评价机制、预警机制和自我教育机制在高校思想政治教育中的优势作用。

Building the platform system for Situation and Policy Education mechanism is not only a summary of past research work but also a seeking of a new research direction for Situation and Policy Education to better serve the society and embody requirements of the times.This paper expatiates upon the connotations of the effective mechanisms of Situation and Policy Education in colleges and universities,analyzes its work basis and building principles,and stresses to bring its integrating mechanism,coordinating mechanism,controlling mechanism,dynamic evaluating mechanism,alarming mechanism and self-educating mechanism into full play in Situation and Policy Education in colleges and universities.
