β-连环蛋白和层粘连蛋白的表达与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系

The Relationship Between the Expressions of β-Catenin and Laminin and the Invasiveness of Pituitary Adenomas

目的探讨β-连环蛋白和层粘连蛋白(LN)在垂体腺瘤组织中的表达及其与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系。方法用免疫组化法检测55例垂体腺瘤(侵袭性垂体腺瘤24例,非侵袭性垂体腺瘤31例)组织中β-连环蛋白和LN的表达,分析两者的表达与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系。结果β-连环蛋白、LN在侵袭性垂体腺瘤组织中的表达均明显低于非侵袭性垂体腺瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。β-连环蛋白与LN在垂体腺瘤组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.281,P=0.038)。结论β-连环蛋白和LN均参与了垂体腺瘤的侵袭过程,可作为判断垂体腺瘤侵袭性的良好指标。

Objective To investigate the expressions of β-catenin and laminin（LN） in pituitary adenomas and the relationship between their expressions and the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas.Methods The expressions of β-catenin and LN in 55 patients with pituitary adenomas（24 cases of invasive pituitary adenomas,31 cases of non-invasive pituitary adenomas） were detected with immunohistochemical method.The correlation between their expressions and the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas was analyzed.Results Compared with the non-invasive pituitary adenomas,the expressions of β-catenin and LN decreased in the invasive pituitary adenomas（P0.05）.There was a positive correlation between β-catenin and LN（r=0.281,P=0.038）.Conclusion The β-catenin and LN involved in the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas,and they may be used to judge the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas.
