政府扶持中小企业健康发展措施分析

Analysis on the Support Measures of Government the Development of SMEs

中小企业在促进国民经济发展和维护社会稳定方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是当前中小企业规模小,生产技术水平低,其发展仍然面临着诸多困难,需要政府的大力扶持。文章根据政府干预经济的程度大小,将政府对中小企业的扶持措施分为三类,并对三类措施进行介绍和分析。

Small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs） play a more and more important role in promoting national economic development and maintaining social stability. However, the SMEs＇s development faces with many difficulties because of their small scale and low production technology level. Therefore, the SMEs need government support. In this article, the support measures of government to the SMEs are divided into three categories based on the degree of government＇s economic intervention, and the introduction and analysis of the three measures is made.
