下颌偏斜的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of mandibular asymmetry

下颌偏斜不仅影响着颜面美观、咬合功能及心理健康,还对患者及其家属的生活质量造成了不良影响。目前对下颌偏斜的病因、分类、诊断尚无定论,治疗方法也在不断完善。本文围绕近年来下颌偏斜的诊断和治疗的最新研究进展做一综述,拟为临床工作提供依据。

Mandibular asymmetry not only affects the harmony and aesthetic of the face, impaired oral functions, and concomitant psychological problems to the patients, but also influences the quality of life of both the patients and their families. Up to date, the etiology, categories and diagnosis of mandibular asymmetry are still up in the air. And to find new ways and methods to cure this disease are currently the most important direction. The purposes of this review are to summarize the current status and provide the future directions of clinical research for this disease.
