上唇隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤一例及文献复习

摘要隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤（dermatofibrosarcoma protuburans,DFSP）为发生在真皮里的低度恶性肿瘤。好发于躯干和四肢近段,在头颈部发生率甚为罕见。标准有效的治疗方法是行肿瘤根治性扩大切除。天津医科大学口腔医院2010年5月诊治左上唇部DFSP一例，现报道如下。
