摘要
以青岛港油港公司 5万 m3钢制浮顶罐底采用牺牲阳极防腐蚀技术为例,进行室内挂片保护效果模拟测试以及牺牲阳极防腐蚀技术在原油储罐底的设计应用。通过实测牺牲阳极保护的储罐底内侧保护电位为-8.41~-0.931V,绝大多数测点达到了保护电位负于-0. 85 V的技术要求,说明原油储罐内底采用涂层与牺牲阳极联合保护方案可有效地减缓罐底腐蚀,延长罐底安全使用年限,是大型储罐罐底防止电化学腐蚀的有效方法。
It was described in the paper by the example of applying anti--corrosion technique of sacrificial anode to the bottom of 5000m3 steel floating--roof tank of Oil Port Company of Qingdao Port that the proposal of joint protection by adopting coat and sacrificial anode at the inner bottom of crude oil tank can efficiently slow down the corrosion of it and prolong the life of the service. It is the effective method to prevent electric and chemical corrosion for large tank bottom.
