摘要
在国际工程中常常要求办理保险以转移工程实施中的风险，文中介绍了国际工程中对保险的有关规定，应办理的险种，以及国际工程保险合同文件的编制与组成，并提出了承包商在办理国际工程保险时应注意的问题。
In international projects, insurance is usually required to cover the risk. This paper deals first with the contractual provisions concerning such insurance and the coverage as usually required for international projects. Then it gives instructions on the preparation of the documents comprising the insurance contract. Thereafter, some suggestions are given on how to arrange such insurance and the issues to be noted.
