湿润暴露疗法治疗颜面部烧伤80例临床分析

Clinical analysis of moist exposed therapy for treating 80 cases with facial burn

目的:探讨湿润暴露疗法治疗颜面部烧伤的临床疗效。方法:对2000年6月～2007年6月大连大学附属瓦房店医院收治的80例颜面部烧伤患者采用湿润暴露疗法进行治疗。结果:80例患者创面全部愈合,深Ⅱ度以下患者无瘢痕形成,13例Ⅲ度烧伤患者中8例留有浅表性瘢痕,不影响功能。结论:湿润暴露疗法治疗颜面部烧伤方法简单,疗效显著,值得基层医院推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of moist exposed therpy for treating facial burn.Methods：From June 2000 to June 2007,80 cases with facial burn at Wafangdian Hospital affiliated to Dalian University underwent moist exposed burn therapy.Results：The wounds of 80 patients in this study healed smoothly.No scar was observed in the patients with blow deep Ⅱ degree burn.Among 13 patients with deep Ⅲ degree burn,superficial scar was observed in 8 patients,it does not affect the function.Conclusion：This method is simple.It has obviously efficacy in treating deep degree burn,and worth popularization in basic hospital.
