摘要
国际公共产品的供给和需求是探究中国—大湄公河次区域(GMS)国家关系的一个新维度,也是提升GMS区域合作层次、巩固和发展中国与GMS国家睦邻互利关系的一个重要举措。国际公共产品能促进中国与GMS国家的关系,利用好国际公共产品的内在动力可以推动中国与GMS国家睦邻互利合作,构建中国周边战略依托。
The supply and demand of international public products is a new dimension of exploring the national relation of China-the greater Mekong subregion(GMS),and also is an important measure of promoting GMS regional cooperation level and consolidating and developing the good-neighborly and mutual benefit relationship between China and GMS.International public products can promote the relationship between China and GMS countries.Making good use of the intrinsic motivation of international public products can push the good-neighborly and mutual benefit cooperation between China and GMS,and construct a peripheral strategy safeguard.
