摘要
基础、外墙面、铝合金窗、屋面等环节施工不当引发多层住宅的质量通病，分析了多层住宅质量通病产生的原因。
The improer of key links in the multilayer residence construction chain lead to the common failing of quality. In this paper the cause resulting in common failing has been analysed and a series of technological Processes has been promoted.
