摘要
通过对封头齐边工艺过程的分析,指出了封头直边段齐边线的划线方式对封头边口的切割、焊缝坡口钝边的制作、封头与筒体的组装所造成的影响。为了保证压力容器的制造质量,提高生产效率,推荐了一种比较实用的封头齐边线的新划法。
Based on the analysis of processing technic of vessel head＇s edging,the negative influences are pointed out of lineation on cutting edge of straight section of head,making groove and root face of welding seam and assembling between head and cylinder.For ensuring quality of press vessel,and improving production efficiency,a practical new laying-out method of vessel head edging line is recommended.
