Preservation and Exploitation of Yangming Culture of Northeastern Guizhou

做好文化资源开发利用与保护传承的有机统一,必须深入贯彻落实科学发展观,建立合理的文化资源利用保护机制。摸清底数,建立黔东北地域阳明文化资源数据库;正确处理好学术研究和科研成果转化运用的关系;抓好物质文化资源和非物质文化资源的综合利用;坚持走文化保护与旅游开发相结合之路;始终遵循开发与保护并重的原则;大力建设文化精品工程;坚持走和谐文化建设之路。

A scientific development philosophy and an appropriate operational mechanism are essential for preservation and exploitation of cultural resources. We suggest 1） that a data bank of northeastern Guizhou’s Yangming cultural resources be constructed on the basis of a thorough survey, 2） that the relationship between research and the application of research results be correctly defined, 3） that material and non-material cultural resources be exploited in an integrated manner, 4） that the principle of balanced tourism development and cultural resources preservation be adhered to,5） that quality cultural projects be encouraged, and 6） that an harmonious cultural development approach be maintained.
