摘要
DFGLZ1000D反冲洗高压过滤站原先的手动冲洗机构因不易判断滤网的堵塞情况,易造成事故。针对此缺陷,将手动冲洗改为电控冲洗。利用滤网堵塞后,两端会出现压差,在电控系统中串联一个压差电气元件来控制电控冲洗机构,当滤网堵塞到一定程度后,DFGLZ1000D反冲洗高压过滤站会由过滤状态转换成冲洗状态,从而实现了自动冲洗。
DFGLZ1000D backwashing pressure filter station original manual washing body is not easy to determine due to blockage of filter is easy to cause an accident.For this defect will be replaced by electronically controlled manual rinse rinse,using filter plug,the pressure difference at both ends will appear in the electric control system of a differential electrical components in series to control the electronically controlled washing bodies,when the filter plug to a certain the degree,DFGLZ1000D backwashing pressure filter stations would be washed from the filter state transition into the state,in order to achieve automatic flushing.
