DFGLZ1000D反冲洗高压过滤站原先的手动冲洗机构因不易判断滤网的堵塞情况,易造成事故。针对此缺陷,将手动冲洗改为电控冲洗。利用滤网堵塞后,两端会出现压差,在电控系统中串联一个压差电气元件来控制电控冲洗机构,当滤网堵塞到一定程度后,DFGLZ1000D反冲洗高压过滤站会由过滤状态转换成冲洗状态,从而实现了自动冲洗。
