摘要
一个班的班风会直接影响到班里每个学生的学习、生活和思想状态。近年来,各种新兴事物的出现使得高校学生管理中出现一些新问题。因此,科学地分析高校班级群体的一般特征,找出影响班级稳定的具体客观因素,进一步提高班级教育功能的发挥,对于高校学生的学习、生活、思想政治管理工作有着重要意义。
How the culture and atmosphere of a class is directly influences every student＇s study,life and frame of mind.Recently,newly sprouted things brings new problem for student management.So,scientifically analyzing the common feature of a class in college is significant to college students＇ study,life and ideological education.
