新时期下内科学创新型教学模式的实践

目的探讨新时期内科创新教学模式的实施方法。方法在教学工作中创立了＂以病人为中心的多媒体案例教学法＂、＂课间见习教学法＂、＂代理住院医师制度＂、＂问题导向式读书报告教学法＂、＂建设临床技能实验室＂等新的教学模式并在同济医院综合应用。结果新教学方法提高了学生基本理论、操作、技能、分析表达能力,教师对学生各项能力满意度提高。结论创新型教学方法注重理论联系实际,有利于培养优秀的内科人才。

Objective：To probe into execution method of innovative teaching model in internal medicine of new period.Methods：Some methods were set up and applied in internal medicine of Tongji Hospital,such as the multimedia and case teaching method for patients orientation focused,clinical teaching method between lessons,agency system of resident doctor,based-problem reading report teaching method,building experimental lab of Clinical Skills,etc.Result：The new approach improved the basic thory,operation ability,skill,analysis and oral ability,and the degree of satisfaction to students were raised too.Conclusion：Innovative teaching approach emphasized linking theory with practice training of student＇s ability,was beneficial to cultivate talents in internal medicine.
