女性生殖道感染的临床检验及结果分析

Clinical Examination and Results of Female Reproductive Tract Infections

目的以临床检验的方式了解女性生殖道感染与有关病原体之间的联系。方法采用镜检查法、免疫检验法、培养法等多种临床检验方法检测有关病原体。结果观察组中有80.51%的患者患有生殖道炎症,26.01%的患者患有BV感染,24.99%的患者患有支原体感染,13.09%的患者患有霉菌感染,6.58%的患者患有需氧菌感染,5.62%的患者患有衣原体感染,1.79%的患者患有滴虫感染,1.97%的患者患有梅毒感染,其中另种病原体混合感染占13.09%,3种病原体混合感染占据1.89%。结论加强对生殖道感染患者的临床检查能够有效防止误诊、漏诊等现象,有助于治疗工作的展开。

Objective To understand the clinical examination of the way the female reproductive tract infections and links between related pathogens.Methods use microscopy,immune test,culture and other relevant clinical test to detect pathogens.Results The group had 80.51% of patients with genital tract inflammation,26.01% of the patients had BV infection,24.99% of the patients had infection,13.09% of the patients had fungal infection,6.58% of the patients had to be Oxygen infection,5.62% of patients with chlamydial infection,1.79% of the patients had trichomonas infection,1.97% of patients with syphilis infection,which accounted for the other pathogens in mixed infection 13.09%,mixed infections accounted for the three pathogens 1.89%.Conclusion Strengthening of reproductive tract infections in patients with clinical examination can effectively prevent misdiagnosis and so help to treat the work started.
