摘要 目的比较和评价Carisolv法和车针法治疗乳牙龋病的疗效价值。方法 选择年龄6~10岁,双侧同名乳磨牙中、深龋患者,共135颗患牙。同一患者一侧为传统车针法去龋充填,一侧为Carisolv法去龋充填。比较2种方法去腐时间、患者接受程度、充填体脱落及继发龋发生情况。结果 Carisolv法中、深龋去腐所需时间分别为(12.3±4.2)min和(2l.3±5.2)min优于传统车针法。1年后复查,观察修复体的情况。结论 Carisolv去龋时患儿疼痛程度明显减轻,但去龋时间略长于牙钻去龋,多数患儿倾向于Carisolv去龋。Carisolv修复术后的继发龋率并未增加。 Objective Comparison and evaluation the methods of Carisolv and needle treatment baby teeth caries disease curative value.Methods selection 6~10years old,Bilateral namesake milk teeth middle and deep caries patients,altogether 135 fracture molar.The same patient one side for the traditional needle to caries filling,the other side for Carisolv method to caries filling.To compare the two methods about the decaying time,patients received a degree,filling body fall off and secondary caries happening situation.Results In the Carisolv methods,deep caries respectively needed time to rot (12.3±4.2)min and (21.3±5.2)min is superior to the traditional needle.1 year after re-examination and observation of the restoration.Conclusion Use Carisolv to caries children significantly relieve pain,but to slightly longer than the dentist's drill caries time,most children go caries tend to Carisolv to caries.Carisolv repair postoperative secondary caries rate is not increased.
