天津市某区高血压患者服药依从性及影响因素分析

Analysis on Affecting Factors and Compliance of Patients with Anti-hypertensive Therapy in a District of Tianjin city

目的:了解天津市某区高血压患者服药的依从性现状,分析影响服药依从性的各种危险因素。方法:运用整群随机抽样方法选取天津市某区296名高血压患者,进行问卷调查和个人访谈。通过单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析获得高血压服药依从性的影响因素。结果:高血压服药依从性得分的中位数为19,四分位间距为4。高血压患者病程和高血压相关知识知晓情况的OR值分别为0.246和3.341,且有统计学意义。结论:天津市某区高血压患者服药依从性较高,较短的患者病程和较低的知识知晓度是高血压患者服药依从性差的主要危险因素。

Objective： To analyze the status affecting factors and medication compliance of patients with anti-hypertensive.Methods： Cluster random sampling is used to select 296 patients with anti-hypertensive,and survey and interview are conducted.Single and multiple logistic regression model are used to analyze all kinds of key factors.Results： Median and quartile of the score of medication compliance are 19 and 4.0.Disease duration（OR=0.246） and knowledge about hypertension（OR=3.341） are significant factors.Conclusion：Medication compliance of patients with hypertension is high in a district,Tianjin city.The shorter disease duration and poorer knowledge about hypertension are key factors.
