The Research of the Compeer Group Counseling to Establish the Harmonious Dormitory Relationship

寝室和谐人际关系的构建是和谐寝室建设的重中之重。在学生社区中以寝室人际关系不和谐的学生为对象,开展相关主题的朋辈团体辅导,运用朋辈团体辅导主观评估问卷、羞怯量表、交往焦虑量表、个人评价问卷对朋辈团体辅导的效果进行了评估。同时,在探讨朋辈团体辅导对改善寝室人际关系不和谐的作用机制中,论述了朋辈团体辅导进社区对寝室和谐人际关系建设的意义。

The establishment of harmonious dormitory relationship is the first priority in the construction of harmonious dormitory.By conducting related compeer group counseling on the students who do not get along well with others,and applying Subjective Valuation Inventory,Shyness-Scale,Interaction Anxiousness Scale,Personal Evaluation Inventory to evaluate compeer group counseling,then discussing the mechanism of compeer group counseling in improving the inharmonic dormitory relationship,this article systematically discourse the significance of the entrance of the compeer group counseling into the community to establish the harmonious dormitory relationship.
