摘要
目的:为了解社区卫生教学现状、存在的问题和影响因素。方法:对上海某高校已完成社区卫生教学任务的临床医学专业学生采用抽样问卷调查。结果:68.2%的被调查学生认为社区卫生教学有必要,超过50%的被调查对象对社区卫生教学的时间安排、实践内容、带教教师、考核方法及实践收获情况满意,超过50%的被调查学生认为社区卫生教学对自身综合素质的养成有较大的影响。影响社区卫生教学的主要因素有社区卫生带教师资力量不足、医学教育教学计划相对滞后、组织实施欠规范和没能调动学生的积极性等。结论:相关各方应加强对社区卫生教学的重视程度,进一步加强和规范社区卫生教学各环节,提高社区卫生教学的教学质量和水平,培养和提高医学生的能力和素质。
Objective: The aim of this study is to explore the present status, potential problems and negative influencing factors of medical education in community health services. Methods: A sampling survey was conducted among medical students in a medical school in Shanghai, who had finished their internship in community health services. Results: In this survey, 68.2% of the students agreed on the necessity of intemship in community health services. More than 50% of them were satisfied with their instruction, including time arrangements, training contents, tutors' teaching, assessment and practice results. More than 50% of them agreed that instruction in community health services helped to improve their general medical competency. Main negative influencing factors of medical education in community health services were tutor insufficiency, relatively outdated teaching plans, lack of teaching standards and failure to develop students' initiative. Conclusions: More importance should be attached to medical education in community health services and every teaching section should be standardized in order to improve the quality of medical education in community health services. Thus, medical student competency can be further enhanced.
