国外临床药学教育模式对我国药学教育的启示

Inspiration of Clinical Pharmacy Education Model Overseas to Chinese Pharmacy Education

目的:比较分析国外药学教育模式特点,促进我国高等药学教育的改革与发展。方法:采用文献分析法,比较分析了美国、英国、法国和日本等国的药学教育情况,深入分析我国高等药学教育存在的问题及其产生原因。结果:转变临床药学教育单一模式,重视基础教育与临床教育同步,增加临床实践教育。结论:总结国外药学教育模式的优缺点及其经验,推动我国药学人才培养模式与课程设置的改革。

Objective： The purpose is to analyze the pharmaceutical education model overseas,to promote the pharmaceutical education reform and development in China.Methods： Using ref＇s analysis and comparative analysis of pharmaceutical education of the United States,Britain,France and Japan,a detailed analysis of Chinese pharmaceutical education problems and their cause.Results： Change the single pharmaceutical mode,pay attention to base education and clinical education as well,increase clinical practice education.Conclusions： Reviewing of the strengths and weaknesses of pharmaceutical education model overseas,promote the reform of culture mode of pharmaceutical students and curriculum system.
