浙江省绍兴市某医院临床护士职业暴露风险与防范分析

Risk and Defense from Occupational Exposure in Clinical Nursing Staff of Some Hospital in Shaoxing City of Zhejiang Province

目的:了解绍兴市某医院护士职业暴露情况,从而为制定相关防范措施提供依据。方法:采用回顾性问卷调查方法,于2010年4月对绍兴市某医院不同科室的136名临床护士进行调查,了解该医院护士职业暴露情况。结果:调查发现136人共发生职业暴露97例,发生率为71.32%。结论:医院护士发生职业暴露的原因主要为职业防护知识缺乏,个人防护意识不强等,应加强护理人员职业安全教育与培训,加强个人防护意识;应使用必备防护用具;应加强医院监管,制定并落实相关防范对策及制度等。

Objective： To understand the condition of occupational exposure in hospital.Methods： Occupational exposure in staff nurse was investigated through questionnaire we carry on the investigation in April,2010 to the 136 staff nurse in my courtyard different administrative offices.Result： The investigation discovered that 136 people will altogether have the occupation to expose 97examples,the formation rate are 71.32%.Discussion： The staff nurse has occupation exposition reason mainly to lack for the occupation protection knowledge,The nursing staffs provide insufficient and so on,in view of this proposed that strengthens the nursing staffs occupational safety education and training raises the personal protection consciousness;carries on psychological intervention;Uses protects the apparatus necessarily and so on.
