Self-related Information Processing of Social Anxiety Disorder

从认知心理学角度审视社交焦虑障碍的自我信息加工特点,说明以自我为焦点的注意偏向增加了患者对负性思维和情感的注意,引起更多的消极自我评价和更高水平的焦虑感受,影响情绪和行为的自我调节,是社交焦虑障碍形成和发展的重要因素。

The domestic and foreign study about the cognitive characteristics of the patients with Social Anxiety Disorder was concluded.Cognitive model was analysised,especially the impact of the self-focused attention during the self-related information processing.Self-focus attention bias increased the patient＇s negative thoughts and feelings,caused more negative self-evaluation and higher levels of anxiety body sensation,affectted mood and behavior self-regulation.It is the important psychological factors which lead to social anxiety disorder.
