低张等渗甘露醇在CT检查肠道准备中的效果

目的成功的检查充分扩张肠道。方法口服1500～2000mL的等渗(2.5%)甘露醇溶液。结果采用2.5%甘露醇肠道准备后腹部CT扫描,简单易行。结论等所有患者口服后甘露醇50min～1.5h达到满意充盈,均顺利完成检查,检查过程中和检查后均无不良反应及并发症。
