摘要
随着企业集团在我国的广泛兴起，不少企业面临选择合作类型或决定是否有必要建立企业集团的决策。由于集团化方式的不同，因而给社会和国家经济带来的碰撞也各不相同，这样引起了不同集团方式下的结果冲突。笔者利用基本冲突模型对冲突进行了分析。
As the boom of enterprises grows in our country, many enterprises face the problems on how to select a cooperation type and whether it is necessary to set up enterprise groups. Different ways of organizing groups produce varied results. Conflicts arise when interfaced with the state government and society. These conflicts are analyzed with examples that are generated by the proposed conflict model.
