摘要
目的探讨甲氨喋呤(MTX)配伍米索前列醇对胎盘植入的治疗作用。方法对胎盘植入患者采用甲氮喋呤肌注,同时配伍米索前列醇阴道放置,观察阴道流血,子宫复旧和宫内有无残留。结果 9例用药后坏死的胎盘组织3例7d完全排出,5例14d完全排出,1例28d完全排出,平均排出时间11.2d。结论 MTX与米索前列醇合用治疗胎盘植入疗效较好,方法简单,副作用小,成功率高,尤其适于那些迫切需要保留生育功能的患者。
Objective To discuss the treatment effect of methotrexate （MTX） combined with misoprostol in placenta accrete.Methods To adopt the intramuscular injection of methotrexate for the patients with placenta accrete, being combined with the placement of misoprostol in vagina to observe the vagina bleeding,uterine involution and intrauterine residue.Results For 9 cases with the injection,the necrotic placenta was completed expulsed within 7 days for 3 cases, 14 days for 5 cases and 28 days for 1 case, with the average expulsion time of 11.2 days.Conclusion The medical effect of methotrexate combined with misoprostol in treatment of placenta accrete was good,characterized by simple method,limited side effect and high success rate, especially suitable for the patients who eagerly want to maintain the reproductive function.
