摘要
提出了一种新的种群多样性(PD) 度量方法,给出了一组PD 度量标准及计算公式,证明了它们之间的一个数量关系.分别以基因和个体为单元对PD 进行了研究,揭示了PD的两种含义- 实验证明本文引入的几种PD指标全面反映了GA 的动态过程,完整描述了PD各个侧面的含义,克服了以前PD 定义的局限性.将其用于GA的运行控制。
The paper proposes a new kind of population diversity (PD) measure and its computational equations. A quantitative relation in them is proved.The gene and individual are considered as a unit separately to investigate PD. Experiments show that several kinds of PD index reflect the dynamic process of GA comprehensively, and overcome the limitation of previous PD definition. The global convergence is greatly improved by the use of PD during GA evolution.
