摘要 目的:了解我国重点联系城市社区卫生服务站的人力资源情况。方法:采取普查的方式,由28个重点联系城市(区)所有社区卫生服务站填写社区卫生服务站常规监测表,采用SPSS16.0和Excel2003进行统计分析。结果:社区卫生服务站在岗工作人员东部地区平均为6.01人/站,中部为7.76人/站,西部为9.67人/站;医师的学历结构总体上以本科和专科为主,护士以中专为主;医师和护士的职称构成以初级和中级职称为主;东、中、西部在全科医师和护士岗位培训方面的差异有统计学意义。结论:社区卫生服务站医护比例失调,防保人员所占比例相对偏低,医护人员学历层次低、职称结构不合理,全科医师和护士的培训力度有待加强。 Objective: To know the state of health workforce in community health service stations(CHSS) in different areas,compare and analyze the differences among them.Methods: Adopts the way of general survey,and ask the 28 key contact cities(area) all community health service station fill in the community health service station routine monitoring table.After data collection,uses SPSS16.0 and Excel 2003 to carry on the statistical analysis.Results: The average amount of health worker each CHSS are 6.01 in eastern,7.76 in middle and 9.67 in western cities;physicians' medical educational level in CHSS was mainly at senior college and junior school education,the nurses' medical education was mainly at secondary school education;the title structure of both the doctors and the nurses was mainly at secondary and primary;there are differences in general practitioners and nurses job training in different areas in CHSS.Conclusion: There are an inverted ratio of doctors to nurses in CHSS,relatively lower ratio of health workers,health workers with low level education and unreasonable title structure,and to be improved the training of general physicians and murses.
