摘要
公立医院绩效评价是对公立医院管理过程的控制,使其在运营过程中能够充分发挥社会公益性质。绩效评价对改变我国公立医疗机构传统管理方式,促进医疗机构适应社会需要,实现公立医院科学发展,满足人民群众日益增长的卫生服务需求具有重要意义。本文以新医改为背景,对构建公立医院绩效评价指标体系进行了探索,期望能够为当前医院管理者及医院绩效评价工作者提供借鉴和参考。
