DRGs-based payment system is one kind of hospital administration mode,which alleviate the burden of the society,solve the problems exist in medical realm and make the health service more reasonable,such as high cost and difficulty to see a doctor.We should put foward some suggestions such as the supervision of medical quality from hospitals and health insurance organization,reinforce responsibility of government,perfect the compensation system in public hospitals.
