绍兴市某医院精神病人社区康复治疗观察

Observation of Communtity Recovery Treatment among Mental Patients in Shaoxing

目的:探讨精神病的社区防治及护理方法,使精神病人在社区尽快康复,重返社会,从而降低精神病的复发率和社会肇事率,提高慢性精神病人的社会和劳动适应能力,减轻家庭和社会的负担。方法:依靠街道、社区的帮助,将散居的精神病人组织起来,开展以免费药物治疗、工娱治疗和心理治疗相结合的综合治疗,并加强家庭护理。结果:经过3年多的社区康复治疗及护理,365例患者中,好转324例(精神病人危险性评估[1]0级318例、1级6例),好转率达88.8%。结论:精神病人社区康复治疗效果好,费用较住院低,且降低了精神病的复发率和社会肇事率,应积极推广社会化、综合性的社区康复治疗方法。

Objective： To discuss the neurosis community prevention and the nursing method,cause the mental patient to be restored to health at the community,to return to the society as soon as possible,cuts neurosis＇s recurrence rate and social cause troubling rate,enhances the chronic mental patient＇s society and work adaptiveness,reduces the family and society＇s burden.Methods： With the dependence street,community＇s help,scatteredly organizes the mental patient,carries out complex therapy which by the free pharmacological treatment,the labor amusement treatment and the mental healing unifies,and strengthens the home nursing.Results： After finally passes through more than three year of community recovery treats and nurses,in 365 example patients,changes for the better 324 examples（mental patient risk to appraise[1]0 level 318 examples,1 level of 6 examples）,the change for the better rate reaches 88.8%.Conclusions： Discusses the mental patient community recovery treatment result to be good,the expense is hospitalized lowly,and cut neurosis＇s recurrence rate and social cause troubling rate,should promote the socialization positively,the comprehensive community recovery method of treatment.
