Ethical Problems and Interventions the Medical Intern Students Faced Under the New Medical Service Pattern

在"以病人为中心,以健康为目的"的新医疗服务模式下,医学实习生在临床教学中将可能面临伦理学意义上的多重难题。本文提出了正确处理、合理干预这些难题的初步措施,包括培养实习生法律与伦理意识、全程贯彻医学伦理原则、强化带教教师模范作用、加强医患沟通技能教育、积极改进临床教学方法等,对基于保障病人权益、提高临床教学效果具有一定的价值。

Under the new medical service pattern of ＂with the patient as the centre,with the health as the aim＂,the medical intern students may meet many ethical problems in clinical education.This thesis will put up some primary solutions to handle and intervene these problems,including to cultivate interns the sense of law and ethic,to stick to the medical ethic principle in whole process,to strengthen the model function of clinical teachers,to intensify the education of the doctor-patient communication skills,and to improve the clinical teaching means actively… these means are valuable for improving the effect of the clinical education on the basis of safeguarding the rights of patients.
