社区干预管理模式下高血压患者的疗效与成本效益分析

Analysis on Curative Effect and Cost Effectiveness of Hypertension Patients in the Community Intervention Management Model

目的:对高血压患者在社区干预管理模式下的治疗效果和成本效益进行分析,为高血压防治管理提供借鉴。方法:将420例高血压患者随机分为处理组(社区干预管理模式)和对照组(常规治疗模式),比较分析其住院时间、住院费用、高血压有效控制率和治疗效果。结果:社区干预管理模式和常规治疗模式组的住院时间、住院费用、高血压有效控制率和治疗效果比较,差别均有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论:社区干预管理模式可在不增加高血压住院费用的基础上,减少患者的住院时间,提高高血压有效控制率和改善治疗效果,促进患者的健康水平,为高血压的有效管理方式提供了参考。

Objective：The purpose of study is patients in the community with hypertension in the management of healing has been analyzed and accessed the cost effectiveness.Methods： 420 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group（community intervention management） and control group,and compare their hospital stay,hospital costs,high blood pressure control rates and treatment effects.Results： The community intervention model management model and the conventional therapy group,hospital stay,hospital costs,high blood pressure control rates and treatment comparison,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusions： Management of community intervention in hospital costs without increasing hypertension basis,reducing hospitalization time and increase high blood pressure control rates and improved treatment,and promote the health of patients,but also provide effective management of hypertension Reference.
